I stopped here on a whim, and I’m excited that there’s a delicious new spot in the neighborhood. The owners are so sweet, and it was nice to chat with them about starting the restaurant. They let me sample the soups, which were so flavorful. I got the pork and plantain meal, and the pork was juicy and tender, while the plantains were crisp and yummy. I wish the meal came with some sauce, so maybe I’ll ask for some next time; otherwise great addition, and I would eat it here again.
