When one of our customers refers a friend, and that friend places an order through our website, the original customer can then fill out a quick Referral Confirmation Form with their friend's name and email. Once we verify that the order was successfully placed, we’ll manually credit 100 points to the referring customer’s loyalty account as a thank-you for spreading the word.
